Dec 11, 2024A: 1. General calculation metric for token calculation is 1 token ~= 4 chars in English, but, the actual workflow is more complicated. There are input tokens (Your visitor's message + Matched content from the training info you provided) and output tokens (message generated by AI), and in every conversation, the consumption will increase cumulatively.
2. We're using OpenAI infrastructure and as soon as they support a language, Mevo also does. And yes, Malay and Chinese are in supported languages. You can also test by creating a free account and made some experiments before buy.
3. You have full access to prompt, if you're able to do this to ChatGPT, you can do same for Mevo too. And yes you can upload training resources.
