Q: Can I also connect it to LinkedIn/ insta/ FB/ and create the rule: new follower equals message x from my company?

It's not possible, we also don't have a plan about this feature yet. We're considering adding Facebook messenger integration, but Instagram and LinkedIn don't seem possible in the near future.
