Q: Hi Furkan, Could you please assist with these questions: 1)What sources does the bot learn from, does it include: a)Public URL's?
b)PDF documents - is there a MB limit?
c)Public Notion documents?
d)Public Google Sheets?
e)Manually inputting Q&A pairs?
2)Thinking in terms of using the bots to manage multiple business:
a)Is BYOK set at chatbot level?
b)Can bots be organised into workspaces?
c)Can a single bot be assigned to multiple 'seats' (according to the plan limit)
d)Are there plans to create logins for 'usrs/seats' so they can login and only see/manage bots they are assigned to?
3)Is there human hand off - live chat?
4)Contact form
Can we set an option where the user can request contact from a human by filling in a contact form (within the chatbot)
5)Do you have plans for future intergrations such as:
a)Albato?
b)Boost.Space?
For booking meetings in chat:
c)ZOOM?
d)Google Calendar for booking meetings?
e)Trafft
or any other planned intergrations?
6)Are there any plans for a mobile iOS app for responding on the go?
Many thanks,
Matt

Aug 26, 2024A: Hi,
You can train bot public urls, pdf files (File size limit is 512MB), and manually Q/A pairs. Also, you can add raw texts and manual or exported product information from Shopify.
Yes, you can set chatbot-specific OpenAI keys if you have Tier 3. Yes, you can use organizations to isolate different bots from each other. Currently, all users in an organization can see all the chatbots in that organization. Yes, we have some plans to create more detailed access management features, but it may take some time.
We don't have live chat support.
Yes, you can use lead capture forms or rule-based chatbots before the AI agent.
We have plans for Google Calendar; we are open to feedback about other possible platform integrations.
We don't have a mobile app, and we also don't have a plan for a mobile app mid-term.
