Can this app learn and collect information and then present a sales pitch? For example, if I ask in chat, "how do I join your program?" Can the app reply by saying, "We would be happy to serve you, click this link (link) to join our program now at a 10% discount! This offer is exclusive to you only and expires in X days. Do you have any other questions? Or is there anything else I can help you with today?"

Can it do that? Again, I need a digital sales chatbot agent. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
