A: I don't understand the question exactly, but if your tokens are used up, you can always buy more tokens; our current price is 2M tokens monthly; if you don't prefer to buy, your chatbot show a generic out-of-service message to users.

You didn't understood his question, since its possible to use chat gpt API key, why should we then buy credits from you ? , what the role of chat gpt api key if we need to ''subscribe to your services", not answering to him a simple question made me suspicious about the future of this products, enough ponzi please...

I already said I didn't understand the question precisely and shared the most related information as an answer.

You don't have to buy a subscription from us. The LTD deal comes with monthly token credits, which you can use. Alternatively, you can easily connect your OpenAI key and use it from your account.

If you don't prefer to link the OpenAI API Key (because it can be complicated for some people) in that case, you can always buy more credits in addition to your existing credits in an LTD deal or more submissions for rule-based chatbots by choosing a monthly subscription.

It's completely optional.

Also, please think twice before accusing someone of a Ponzi.

What I mean is I will key in the open ai api, only when my tokens are used up with MEVO then would it automatically switches to open ai? It makes sense.

Oh, now I understand your question. No, even if you have tokens in your monthly period if you linked your OpenAI key, chatbots use tokens from your OpenAI key because we can't access your Assistants, GPT-4 etc. without using your OpenAI key.

But we can make exceptions for users who doesn't use Assistants or GPT4. Thanks for feedback.

Your last paragraph. Meaning to say you can make exceptions. when the token is used up you can help us switch to opening ai?

I see your point. It sounds like a good idea, but it requires some development effort, and we're currently busy with many other upcoming features. So we can think about it in the future.
