Q: Training Failed
Hello,
I sent an email to hi@usemevo.com two days ago but haven’t received a response yet. I’ve also tried the Mevo chatbot and encountered a few issues:
I used the training method by uploading a PDF file of the Company and Product Profile. However, the chatbot still couldn’t answer questions related to the content of the file. It seems like the AI didn’t acquire any information, even though its status is marked as “trained.”
Strangely, when I checked back in the training-files menu, the uploaded PDF file wasn’t there. But when I checked the Training Character Limit, it had significantly decreased. In other words, the character limit has been reduced because of the file I uploaded earlier.
Could you please help me with a solution for this issue?
