Q: Unlimited Website but limited number of Seats?
From what I read in the QnA section, seats are used to limit accounts that can login the dashboard, manage chatbots, and receive notifications, right?
This means that we cannot sell chatbot services where the client manages the chatbot themselves, right?
Because you limit the seats so even though I can install 1000 chatbots on 1000 websites, only 10 people can manage the 1000 chatbots, each client cannot manage them themselves.
I think this is a strange concept and click bait 'unlimited website' when in reality it is actually 'limited website based on number of seats', any explanation?

Dec 17, 2024A: Hi,
Thanks for your interest in mevo and the question. The most important thing is honesty for me from the beginning; you can see it in all answers or ask our existing customers.
There is no clickbait or something like that. All of our terms and plan benefits are transparent, and even features we recently added and not even declared in plans, like reply via email, SEO settings, lead capture, etc., are grandfathered for our existing Plan 1 users, too; lots of people have been using Mevo for months (since Oct 2023); and some of them using it for provide chatbots to their clients by providing them email notifications with our notification listener or webhooks feature.
I can understand your demand, but you should also understand these provided plans must be feasible for us as a business; there must be some limits for keeping the business feasible, and there is no point in giving unlimited websites and unlimited seats if, 6 months later, the business collapses because of these irrational benefits, right?
