The Data fields filled out by a party, can those same fields with data be populated to follow up contracts through a rule?

Example:
2 different contracts ( Agreement of Sale and an Application on a bond)
Client’s details ( name, surname, address, id number and more are the same for both these contracts) To make workflow even more seemless, can the dara be “transferred” as such or duplicated at all?
