Q: german language interface ? - Full German localization needed

Dear Midly.ai Team,

We are evaluating Midly.ai for several companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (public sector & SMB). Our signers must see every screen, email, audit trail and help text in German to trust the process and finalize contracts.

1. Is a complete German UI/workflow already available, and how can we activate it per tenant?
2. If not yet fully localized, what timeline/roadmap exists?
3. May we provide translations via language files or API to speed deployment?

A: Hi Thomas — thank you for the thoughtful question!
We do not yet support a fully localized German UI/workflow, but localization (including German) is on our roadmap. Users can upload documents in any language and interact with the Midly AI Bot in German or other languages, but the current app interface is in English.

That said, we're exploring language file/API-based translation support, and we’re very open to collaborating with partners like you to accelerate deployment in DACH markets.

We recognize how critical native-language workflows are for trust, completion rates, and compliance — and we appreciate your interest in helping shape that direction for Midly!
