Don't buy this app yet

I never leave a low review lightly – I know the damage it can do – but I strongly recommend against buying Miho for now. It is currently an alpha release at best.

I purchased Tier 3 on 3/29. I immediately found major problems, which I reported. As of today, 4/14, some of those original problems (and some new ones) still make it unusable.

Problems:
* SSL didn't work initially (reported ~3/29, marked as resolved without being resolved, then fixed)
* Extremely slow first page load - upwards of 30 seconds at first, now close to 10 (likely due to the SSL issue – improved days after reporting on ~3/29 but 10 seconds is still not OK)
* Course description on main site page ignores markup – shows the text of the HTML formatting tags (reported in a video walkthrough a week or two ago, not fixed)
* Stripe API isn't set up properly – only has an entry for "API Key," meaning public key, and no entry for secret key (reported ~3/29, not fixed)
* Deleting Stripe payment method does not delete it from the account – it comes back when I refresh the page (found today)
* Purchasing a course via Stripe integration doesn't work – credit card is charged but the course is not added to the user account (reported ~3/29, case marked as resolved twice but not fixed)
* When clicking into a course, the price initially says "Free" and then changes to the actual price (reported 3/31, not fixed)
* Impossible to purchase a course now – clicking "Enroll" brings you to a blank page (reported 3/31, not fixed)
* After the above blank page issue happens, clicking the back button results in more blank pages – only resolved by refreshing the page (reported 3/31, not fixed)
* No way to remove the "Powered by Miho" banner, which is a promised feature on Tier 3 (reported ~3/29, not fixed)
* Both my course and my entire workspace have disappeared and reappeared while logged in – only way to resolve it is a logout or page refresh (reported a few days ago, still happening today – though to be fair I told them it had been resolved by a page refresh and didn't check further, so they may not have checked it themselves)

Hanuj (one of their devs) requested a meeting two weeks ago to walk through my issues, then postponed a week, then postponed another week. I e-mailed him three times this week asking for an explanation of why we should meet at this point but have not heard back.

The bottom line is that Miho is currently unusable as an LMS.

I offered to the development team that I would be willing to continue to test and report issues in exchange for a free perpetual license. Offer still stands but they've not taken me up on it. Meanwhile, I'm going to get a refund from AppSumo.

This is amazing application!

After a few days of experience, I really like this application because of a lot of things from website design, lưu trữ, course creation, etc...

Especially the development team responds very quickly when I have a problem to solve.
