Q: Regarding the gift credits
May I know if the system will first deduct from the gift credits before deducting from our Appsumo credit? Assuming I get Tier 2, will the system first deduct from the monthly gift of $20 first and when it is depleted, it will then deduct from the 40 hours/month usage time? Or do we need to redeem the $20 gift credit for extra usage time in addition to the 40 hours for Tier 2?

This means the $20 credit is essentially your usage allocation for the month. There's no distinction between "deducting gift credits first" or "deducting from the plan" because they are effectively the same thing. You don't need to redeem the $20 separately—it's already included as part of your plan.
