Q: Hi there.
Does Minerva allow exporting the text and video based content created using the platform in case I want to use them to create a blog article on WordPress and video on YouTube?

May 14, 2024A: Hi Wasimness,
Currently, we allow exporting the video to mp4 only. Further, you can embed a slideshow or a video of the Guide, both of which are auto-updating.
We explicitly haven’t allowed for export to PDF, as one of the problems Minerva solves for is quickly-outdated static walkthroughs. Minerva’s content is dynamic and auto-updating, meaning you'll never need to swap out those assets - simply make the change to the Guide and the rest takes care of itself.
Hey Craig, thank you for your response and I totally understand what you want to say but still it would be great if the platform allows exporting text based content, so we can use it on our blog posts as I don't want to embed the dynamic content.
I am okay with the static content which I will update manually when necessary because this is my main use case, but unfortunately it's not available like Tango offers.
Please consider allowing HTML and PDF export, so we can use it on our WordPress site as a blog post.

Hi Toolonomy,
Thanks for your response. You're not the first to ask about this, so we are considering it, and it is very doable.
Question for you - if the competitor you mention already solves this problem for you, which problems would Minerva solve for you that they can't?
Hey Craig, thank you very much for your positive response. If it's doable, please introduce an HTML and PDF Export feature like Tango and share the ETA if possible.
I am considering getting Minerva because it looks more promising than any other alternatives. The best part is that it's offering an interactive guide which I haven't seen anywhere.
Hi, Wasimness,
We're working on a public roadmap now. We'll respond over here when it's up and ready.
Thanks for your excitement!
Best,
Joaquin
