Do I just purchase tier 2?
Is this lifetime with updates? I can be patient for new and updated features :)
Just need to confirm what to get so its whitelabled as well as embedded. I also didn't understand:
Up to 10 private groups
100 members per group

Yes, with Tier2 you get the whitelabeling features.
Groups are a means for you to collaborate with specific people and assign content so only a specific audience has permission to see it. You can include collaborators both inside and outside of your organization.

If your content is public, there are no limits to how many people can view it. The Groups are primarily used when you want to co-create and edit content. That would have a 100 person limit, but we've never seen any customers come close to hitting this number.
