Update: 2/15/26 - Today I was able to log into Minvo and everything appears to be in working order. I bought Minvo back in March 2024 anticipating I would need to use it soon. While, it's February 2026 and my "soon" has finally arrived. Now I discover, thanks to other's comments here, the reason I can't log into my Minvo account. If they're out of business, at least have the decency to take down their site or post that they're out of business. There goes a couple of hundred dollars! Dear Minvo Founder, please provide a clear update on the status of your company and this viability of Minvo. Or, can you help me login into my account? I'm caught in a do-loop of signing in with my email and password only to be taken back to the Login screen now empty of my email and password.
Minvo has not been working for a whole year. You stopped responding to support requests via official channels, promised to fix the bugs, but we still can't use the tool. I spent more time reporting bugs than actually using the tool. Is it abandoned?
Why is your product not working and why do you ignore us who bought into your promises? Are you in the process of a slow rug pull? Everyone who wasted money on Minvo scrambled to purchase Reap while was on to make up for the loss.....So technically, Minvo sold many Reap memberships. Do you agree, David?
For some reason, I can't leave a review, so I am leaving this here. This product is a 1/5. They SIGNIFICANTLY changed how it works, so now it processes in your browser tab instead of on their servers. So now you have to leave your browser tab open for HOURS (I have a high-end PC) to get it to do all the heavy-lifting. This makes it completely pointless for me, as I got this to use when I am on my under-powered travel laptop. It also fails to work on my high-end PC, taking hours to never even finish processing. This was a scummy move by Minvo to reduce their costs, as it significantly changes the value proposition.
It seems many of my LTD prepaid accounts have gone bust this year. Curious, where is the company at financially to sustain itself and grow into an Opus clip, Figma, or Adobe? My goal in buying LTD is that you are highly successful and stay around for my lifetime not just 12 months. Do you have a strong affiliate program for users to promote / bring in recurring revenue for Minvo? That seems like a huge way LTD can become sustaining after the influx of cash gets burned. I stacked up codes, so I want to see you succeed for 10+ years.
