9:16 ratio and it is suggestion videos with huge black borders which doesn't make sense at all. can this be fixed somehow?
i uploaded the same video to minvo and to opus and opus automatically filled the frame and cut to the speaking person, if i were to do all of that manually in your system i could edit it in davinci myself.
so hopefully i am missing a setting right now that will auto-switch to the speaking person and fill the frame accordingly.

When uploading the video, make sure "MagicFrame" is toggled on.
If framing failed, please contact support.
