Q: Is the tool abandoned?
Minvo has not been working for a whole year. You stopped responding to support requests via official channels, promised to fix the bugs, but we still can't use the tool. I spent more time reporting bugs than actually using the tool. Is it abandoned?

I think there may be some kind of of account error going on with your account (and maybe others). I am currently logged in right now and exporting clips. I have been doing so on my account now for months. I've never had an issue loggin in or exporting clips based on the uploads I give it.

For me and many others it's been down for over a year. The support promises to fix it, but it just does not work. They also keep sending me spam offer emails.
