JohnMMQ: Is there a limit of how long an exported video can be?
I think if there is, you should mention on the deal page, especially at the Tier listing.

We are focused on streamlining the repurposing process for short and medium length social media content.
This involves using AI to select shorts, apply MagicEdits, and posting to all platforms.
For the time being, our intent is not to build something to replace full-length editors.
All exports we've seen have been in the 1-2 minute range, thus it is a new exciting request from Sumolings to export longer with Minvo.
For now, we must enforce put a max-export length of 10 minutes.

Ok, I understand. How long can be a video that I want to upload?
I think the max upload and the export lenght should be written in the deal page and the tiers. There is an important information, that every user should see, not just the ones who read the questions.

I'm confused. If it's good for podcasters, how can 10 minutes be helpful or enough? I do understand the export limit. I don't need long clips; i need short clips from 35-40 minutes of video. Maybe I'm not understanding how it replaces Descript. Thanks!

Happy to clarify!
There is NO TIME LIMIT on imports, only your total monthly limit based on your tier.
If you are a podcaster with 8 hours of video per month, please pick the tier that supports that.
You can then export UNLIMITED clips from those 8 hours, but each clip is limited to 10 minutes max.
This limit shouldn't be a concern for social media as virtually all videos on TikTok, Instagram, etc. are between 30s-3min.
We do allow exports up to 10 minutes incase you would like to export a segment of the conversation for YouTube or potentially LinkedIn.
