Q: Not able to redeem

Hi,
I've bought a lifetime deal tier 2, in the registration process I don't get an email with the verification code (I clicked multiple times to resend and I've looked in all my email folders, including spam). Can you check and let me know?

I'm having the same problem. I have emailed customer service but have not received a response yet, not even an automatic response. Something is not working as it should.
