Why is your product not working and why do you ignore us who bought into your promises?
Are you in the process of a slow rug pull? Everyone who wasted money on Minvo scrambled to purchase Reap while was on to make up for the loss.....So technically, Minvo sold many Reap memberships. Do you agree, David?

For some reason, I can't leave a review, so I am leaving this here. This product is a 1/5. They SIGNIFICANTLY changed how it works, so now it processes in your browser tab instead of on their servers. So now you have to leave your browser tab open for HOURS (I have a high-end PC) to get it to do all the heavy-lifting. This makes it completely pointless for me, as I got this to use when I am on my under-powered travel laptop. It also fails to work on my high-end PC, taking hours to never even finish processing. This was a scummy move by Minvo to reduce their costs, as it significantly changes the value proposition.
It seems many of my LTD prepaid accounts have gone bust this year. Curious, where is the company at financially to sustain itself and grow into an Opus clip, Figma, or Adobe? My goal in buying LTD is that you are highly successful and stay around for my lifetime not just 12 months. Do you have a strong affiliate program for users to promote / bring in recurring revenue for Minvo? That seems like a huge way LTD can become sustaining after the influx of cash gets burned. I stacked up codes, so I want to see you succeed for 10+ years.
1. Paid for plus+ but they removed my plus+ featured. 2. I wish they can make rendering and export speed faster. They claimed 1-3mins ? Or up to 5mins? No way, man... 3. I wish they improve..not limited to long video to edit to clips.. they shall make it flexible that can import even 1 min short video to be available -remove silence flexibility and smartly ..not limited to video duration and add silence removal feature like free capcut and free wondershare version. My question is? Why minvo ai still not improving after years? Is this tool limit bandwith of processing for appsumo deal users or it is generally slow, buggy and never improve over the time?
I dont see the section where I can upgrade to higher tier on my AppSumo Dashboard, please advise, thanks!
