I purchased the Minvo AI software with certain expectations ( tier 2 ), but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Firstly, the software has been constantly giving incorrect outputs. Since I bought a version with limitations on uploading several minutes of video, these incorrect outputs have been a significant setback. For example, when dealing with Chinese content, the speed of the spoken words and the appearance of the Chinese subtitles doesn't match at all. The words are already spoken, but the subtitles pop up slowly, which is really frustrating. Moreover, it's far from being intelligent as it should be.

Another issue is that it only outputs traditional Chinese characters instead of the simplified ones that I need. This lack of flexibility in character output is quite inconvenient.

Furthermore, there is no online customer service available. I can't communicate with a real person to discuss these problems promptly and get them resolved. Whenever I encounter an issue, I'm left on my own with no way to seek immediate assistance.

Oh ya, 5 minutes video only AI edit option to 1 video 45seconds? You can do better than this, Minvo, at least make it 5 minutes video can suggest 3-4 short videos 30-60secs! You are just simply want us to finish the uploaded video duration? That is not cool.

Why should I use Minvo Ai to edit 5 mins video to 1 short video only? I can use capcut to do it, straightforward! and not expensive like Minvo AI, so just beware, if you want to purchase. Unless Minvo Ai do something with it, or else don't ever think to buy.

so do not believe what the sales page said on https://minvo.pro/ * 1 video to 10 clips? * noway, one 5minute video only 1 clip!~ same goes to 15 min video also 1 clip! that is useless.

Do not tell me it is my internet bandwidth, that is impossible, while using taja, alphana, capcut , all no issues, this is so not promising and 'cheating' by saying '1 video to 10 clips', all video I uploaded are the same, it is set by your backend system. It is because you set limitation. Why would you do that? While you selling your product by mentioning '1 video to 10 clips', that is lying and not true.

Finally, when I try to preview the video before the final output, the process is incredibly slow. It lags and stutters constantly, resulting in a very poor viewing experience. Overall, I'm highly dissatisfied with this product. that is also not because of internet, i did a speedtest after all, also there is no such issues when using other platforms.

I purchased Minvo AI, but I'm considering asking for a refund as it's really not satisfactory. Whether it's a 5-minute, 10-minute, or 15-minute video, all the credits are wasted because it can only produce one short clip, meaning from a long video only can auto edit 1 short video.

I might as well just use the free version of CapCut to select the parts of the footage to edit. There's no point in spending money on Minvo ai.

The Minvo support team replied that the content I uploaded was detected by the AI as not interesting, so it could only produce and suggest one clip from the footage. ( anyway, all video uploaded only produce 1-2 clips, mostly 1 clip), especially we need to use ai to help us make it interesting?

I thought that isthe whole point of buying Minvo was to have it automatically edit long video to 'clips' ,i mean not clip ( while the sales page written '5 clips' ).may be they can add in their sales page, term: you must upload interesting video to make it work 🤣🤔

hmm, i am curious too, less interesting videos? and only 1 short clips? i guess better ask for refund.

Based on the support team's response, I think I'll go ahead with the refund.
