Terrible customer service - Platform stopped working and no features are working except one.

Pretty sure the platform died, all features except captions stopped working and the support is unresponsive, no help at all.
too late for me to get a refund, money down the drain, but at least save yourself!

been trying to connect instagram for 2 days.
Im a tech guy and did all the steps they asked fo and its not connecting.
im getting an answer from the customer support once a day and then have to wait another day for another simple question like if i did some simple step in the procedure instead of them actually doing something and checking what makes the error.
the rest of the platform seems nice, but can't test it fully yet as instagram can't be connected
