Does it work with unscheduled Twitter posts or do they need to be scheduled and if so how far in advance? Do the Twitter posts need to be composed in curate?

Essentially when adding a Curate post, it doesn't really matter too much what it is you're sharing (so whether its a Medium post or something else, it doesn't really matter) - what does matter of course, is the quality and relevance of the content you're sharing :)
When you add a post to the Curate library (so that others can share it) you essentially compose the social post so that it is ready to be shared when someone chooses to do so.
