Did you ever get an answer because, I'm experincing the same. They post on fb, but the support says it hasn't been online since 11/2024.
I did eventually hear from them. Here's what I did ... I searched my email for the original "welcome" letter from them and replied to that. That worked. I would share the email address, but it was very long with a bunch of numbers and letters and so I'm thinking that they use some type of ticketing system. Good luck! I hope you get a response.
