Q: Hi Mark, Congratulations on your startup.

My questions are:

1. Currently we are on Amazon. Working on going to Shopify.

Does Moast help us find suitable Hosts for a product eg Influencer style based on personas?

2. How do Hosts get paid for their time/opinion?

3. It seems you are currently targeting outdoor sports/ recreation type equipment.

Do you know how often a physical viewing of products occurs?

eg 2 in 5 will go and see a product.

We are selling a women's support product that is not able to have another women come around and view.

Can these women over Moast connect to discuss over the platform by phone/text/video to discuss to then have a sale occur?

Thank you for your kind words and for your questions!

Here are my responses in order:

1. That's great that you're moving over to Shopify. We're currently working on a public Shopify app that is expected to be ready in Q1 2024! For customers on our regular plans, we offer full onboarding support where we will conceptualize, design and send the Host onboarding email(s).

2. Brands typically compensate Hosts once a month with gift cards to their store based on a Host's engagement.

3. Actually, the brands that benefit the most from Moast are those that are community oriented. It sounds like a woman's support product would be an ideal fit to benefit from activating your community to increase support and boost sales.

95% of interactions on the platform are virtual connections (email, phone, video call). Only a small amount lead to in-person meetups - which varies by product category.
