Q: Hello.

I have been going back-and-forth with the customer service rep and we are not getting anywhere. I bought tier 2 which cost me $100. It is very easy to set up a group and to establish a keyword. The problem is it is not allowing me to save the keyword and has automated response it will not let me change. The only suggestion from the representative is to keep trying again. I really like the system but I need assistance from the owner of this or I have to return this. It's $100 so please let me know either way.

Sorry for any issues!

If you're running into problems with setting up or editing a keyword, I'd recommend toggling off the "Use New Mobile Text Alerts Experience" option at the top for now as developers are iterating on it. If you run into a "keyword already in use" error, you may have to select a new keyword for the time being.

OK I will try it tonight I really like the system and I want to keep it that's why I bought tier 2. But if it does not work unfortunately I will be returning it I know it's small and the big scheme of things to you but it sucks because I really like the system anyways take it easy have a great day

Sure thing, if you select a different keyword that's unique, that should resolve the "keyword already in use" error.

If you continue to run into issues saving the auto-response for your keywords, switching the "new experience" toggle at the top should help. :)
