Thanks for your feedback - Sorry to hear there's been some kind of misunderstanding!
We have an active support team that typically responds to all tickets in less than 1 business day (usually much less).
I you haven't received a response and it's been more than 1 business day, my guess is your emails perhaps have gotten lost in spam or something of that nature.
I so badly wanted to like this and I still would like to but I can't even click the send message button without the browser freezing up. Tried it on Chrome and Safari. Cleared the cache and restarted. All the same. So I sent a message to them and still haven't heard anything back. Likely to return it tomorrow, which sucks, because I'm looking for a solution. I know one star seems harsh but the product doesn't work for me, the onboarding was non-existent for the most part, and I can't get support. So yeah, one star for now.

That's very strange - if you submitted a feedback form, they should be getting back to you shortly if they haven't already. Otherwise you can try live chatting during business hours CST using the chat box on the bottom righthand corner of your screen when you go to our site: https://mobile-text-alerts.com/
After having spent much more for about the same, this tool excites me in being able to send out Mass Texts. It is a great step up from another bulk text app that I purchased here, which if I run into the text limit, I may still use. I am excited to see where this goes and helps me in expanding our communication.

Love the new interface. Easy to navigate and make it work. Love the features. Much more functionalities/features than slytext. slytext is good but basic. this does more. Perfect for b2b/b2c communication with clients/customers.
you can send mass sms, autoresponders, drip campaigns, decent amount of integrations.
Hope for some of these features to be more fleshed out in the future but good enough for me.

GREAT product. Love the fact that it's a SIMPLE and EASY to use platform. I use it for my business, and it's EVERYTHING they said it would be, in the description. Doesn't really get any more straight forward than that. Anything they add moving forward, is a BONUS!
