Thanks for your feedback - Sorry to hear there's been some kind of misunderstanding!
We have an active support team that typically responds to all tickets in less than 1 business day (usually much less).
I you haven't received a response and it's been more than 1 business day, my guess is your emails perhaps have gotten lost in spam or something of that nature.
