The manager of the employees  has access to view the block times.\u000a\u002D vacation/time off request\u000a        MobileHR: Yes\u000a\u002D alerting the staff of their shift (email or app notification)\u000a        MobileHR: I\u0027m not sure if this is relevant, but the manager can certainly look and alert staff of their shift based on what is allocated in the block time.\u000a\u002D alerting the staff if there is a shift that has come free and able to be picked up (email or app notification)\u000a         MobileHR: Same as above, if the manager is reviewing the blocks, then they can alert the employees accordingly.
