I am a HR practitioner and bought this application to implement in a 50 people organisation.

The application is complete and can be good for such an organisation and more or less it takes care of all the basic needs of an organisation.

Implementation was a breeze and I was able to onboard 30 people without any hitch. Users were able to login and use the application without any hassle.
Time punching ( I would still be happy if Geo fencing is present as this is primarily a mobile app), leave management and self service for employees are fairly good.

I had to reduce start for couple of things :

Though I am not worried about the UI/UX, navigation within the application is a pain.
Application is buggy but those are not show stopppers.
I am from India and the application and some features are hardcoded for the US. For eg: SSN is mandatory and is validated for 9 digits whereas in India it is 12 digits.

There are work arounds for all these, but the biggest problem is absolutely nil customer support.

Overall self sufficient application with some adjustable issues, no problem using the same till you do not depend on their support.

This app has lots of hidden value. It is simple, intuitive and does the jobs that other Apps try to charge a boat load for. It really hits a home run in simplicity and efficiency. Support is great too.

The setup was very easy, and my employees and photography contractors love it. I was really surprised by how it made time tracking and event billing so much easier for me.

Not to mention, keeping track of payroll, benefits, and the ability to do reporting is game-changing for my business. This software solved many problems I didn't know I had..

I have to say I'm more impressed with this solution than I thought I'd be. I was skeptical that an "app-native" application would have the robust capabilities that some enterprise solutions I've evaluated and implemented in the past would have. I have been in the HR Tech space for 15+ years including an EY consultant for HRIT implementations for many of those years before moving into my own business with HR needs of my own. This solution has helped me track people, their time blocks, connect time blocks to customers, let my employees update their own HR info, and integrate with payroll processing. And using an app-native solution feels so much more fluid than solutions I've seen in the past that try and create the app experience from legacy enterprise solutions which has felt very glitchy for me. Couldn't be happier with this solution and would recommend this to others.

Operating as a consultancy, tracking time for billable work by client and by individual 1099 employee has always been an issue. It isn't anymore. MobileHR was easy to set up and I've already tested a simple export to my payroll company that worked beautifully. Every step of this app is intuitive and, to be honest, rivals what the big companies are using but on a scale that is right (and affordable) for my size. I'm still exploring.

MobileHR is simply amazing. I am now retired and have been associated with HRIS systems for 40 years as a consultant to many. MobileHR is fully featured as many other “mobile apps” are not. It also seems to be unique in 100% mobile although a pc version is included to speed up set up even more. Set up is fast and easy with wizards and support video included.
