I have to say I'm more impressed with this solution than I thought I'd be. I was skeptical that an "app-native" application would have the robust capabilities that some enterprise solutions I've evaluated and implemented in the past would have. I have been in the HR Tech space for 15+ years including an EY consultant for HRIT implementations for many of those years before moving into my own business with HR needs of my own. This solution has helped me track people, their time blocks, connect time blocks to customers, let my employees update their own HR info, and integrate with payroll processing. And using an app-native solution feels so much more fluid than solutions I've seen in the past that try and create the app experience from legacy enterprise solutions which has felt very glitchy for me. Couldn't be happier with this solution and would recommend this to others.
