Good HRMS for a SME in the US
I am a HR practitioner and bought this application to implement in a 50 people organisation.
The application is complete and can be good for such an organisation and more or less it takes care of all the basic needs of an organisation.
Implementation was a breeze and I was able to onboard 30 people without any hitch. Users were able to login and use the application without any hassle.
Time punching ( I would still be happy if Geo fencing is present as this is primarily a mobile app), leave management and self service for employees are fairly good.
I had to reduce start for couple of things :
Though I am not worried about the UI/UX, navigation within the application is a pain.
Application is buggy but those are not show stopppers.
I am from India and the application and some features are hardcoded for the US. For eg: SSN is mandatory and is validated for 9 digits whereas in India it is 12 digits.
There are work arounds for all these, but the biggest problem is absolutely nil customer support.
Overall self sufficient application with some adjustable issues, no problem using the same till you do not depend on their support.

May 9, 2024Hi Venky, To help the community of users who use MobileHR, perhaps you can let us know what is "buggy". We strive to make our product 100% functional and bug free. As discussed in another thread, we are currently USA only, but useable in any country. We do plan on implementing the long awaited country packs soon.
As far as customer support, I'm sorry you have not had luck connecting with our group. We do have a support group that fields support questions, and we have online tutorials on our website, in the App itself, and on Youtube.
