Amazing powerhouse
I saw a few people giving this deal less than 5 stars so decided that I need to post my review as well. I bought the subscription yesterday and today I spent 1-2 hours to create a bot for my puzzle page. It is true that there are lots of bugs currently, but they are small flaws and you can perfectly work despite them. The developer has promised a lot in his description and I have to admit... The functionality is amazing! You can add images, gifs, videos. You can attach files, create bot conversations, segment automatically, and much more. I recommend you to test the bot I quickly made and see some of the main features.

Now, the downsides... There is no chat button to connect you automatically with customer service. You need to write an email and we all know how annoying this is. There are still a lot of bugs, but I believe they will be taken out soon. Also, the codes do not stack and if you cross the barrier of 5K contacts, you will either need to delete some of them or start paying monthly fees.

May 9, 2024hi -- we have this thing called a live operator take over. basically, at any time, you or someone at your puzzle company can jump in on a conversation, which will silence the bot (so that the customer is talking to the operator, not the bot).
