Excruciating to Use, Only supports videos up to 20MB

I think this is the first less-than-stellar review I've ever written. I'm almost always blown away or at least I feel I got my moneys worth.

So, I have a free video series I offer and I purchased this thinking I'd create a super simple optin where user can choose email or messenger delivery of the videos and I can embed the bot right in messenger and on my site. I've used Tarsbot and Flow XO to do similar projects. For $50, why not have a 3rd option with no monthly fee that also does blast capabilities?)

Excited, I start playing. Get an intro sequence built and then have to try 30 times to get the nav to work because of errors with poor feedback as to the problem.

Fine.

Now I've got the optin figured out. Time to create the "video" pages.

Whoops. Cannot upload videos larger than 20MB. Fuuuuu...k

Okay, I'll add a screencap of the video and link to it. Nope... no links on images...

So, I can add a button or a a link to vimeo, but in the browser it just opens a new tab to vimeo. No embedded links, or link preview? Just looks weird.

I guess I can link to the privately hosted video page same as email, but that's not really ideal either.

Meanwhile, the bugs are pretty amazing and the UX in non-existing.

I give up, decide to go get tacos and go back to another service for now.

So, pros:
You can start building and testing in messenger right away.
The button features are nice
I like the "page" layout idea. Another buyer complained about that, but I find it easier than the flow chart style of tars bot, and more easily navigable when building than Flow XO.
Nice use of laymens terms when adding "widgets" (vs "call API" in some builders)

Cons
Mostly unusable due to bugs
Terrible UX
No onboarding
No starter templates
Ineffective error messaging
Limited / outdated documentation
No videos over 20MB
No linked Images (could be a FB limitation), but seems like a preview should work.

Haven't decided if I'm going to request a refund or hope to get my money's worth I'm future releases.
