hi apparently i cannot create unlimited apps as promised, i am tier 5, if i create another app i cannot seem to have it upgraded. there can only be one app upgraded as per your support. what is going on?

Can someone tell me if there's still a support roup to handle questions from PAYED customers? I think you changed support systems as the ticket numbering has changed. I'm trying to get support since months.... (#154).
Please any chance this is coming back to appsumo? or do you currently have any similar offers like appsumo`s elsewhere?
