Q: Request for email response

Hey team I have sent the following email a few days ago and got no response:

I am interested in your product and am thinking about purchasing the appsumo deal. However, I have some concerns.

1. A content module I'm trying to test does not work (The module is under construction please check back later)
2. The web pages I am trying to open cannot be accessed
3. The preview for the app doesn't really work.

Can you please help me properly test the mobiroller product before I commit to the purchase.

Basically I will be creating an app to help Automotive technicians track the work that they are doing. I need the information to be secure and saved in their storage of choice i.e google sheets, airtable etc.

A: Hello,

When I checked, all e-mails seem to have been answered. We use the Tawk system, you should have received an e-mail via Tawk.

1. Which module did you try to use as content? All modules are currently updated and are actively working. Can you please try again? If there is an error, we can meet with you live and I can explain in detail.

2. Did you see that you could not access the web pages from the preview device on the panel? Can you test this on your phone by generating an APK? The web module and other web content should be actively working.

3. We found that some features on the preview device do not work or show incorrectly. Our team will do the necessary work to fix this. However, it is not valid for all modules and features. The cut-off solution for testing here is to produce an APK and test the application on the phone.

The application you want to make can be made with Mobiroller and published to markets. If you need support on this issue, let us know.
