Q: Hi, Do you have local numbers?

I don't need anything else, no other apps, etc in order to send the texts in the US correct?

You mentioned short codes are available at an additional cost. Probably wont need more, but just in case what's the additional cost?

I'm pretty new to mass texting campaigns. Do we have the option to get rid of the "Reply Stop To Unsubscribe" thing? Not a spammer, just want to start natural conversations sometimes VS just trying to sell everyone stuff all the time. Trying to make them feel like they're coming from a real person, not some automated robot computer system.

Can we use our own domain cname thing for the landing pages, or are the urls like: MoBiz.com/user1234/campaign4567/text1234546

A: Hi Devon,

Great questions! Happy to help :)

10 DLC (local numbers) are available at an additional cost.

Dedicated Short Codes are available in both the US and CA separately. To get an updated quote please message us on our live chat or email support@mobiz.co for a price.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe is only incorporated as necessary when someone first opt-ins to your messaging program. After they have opted in you do not need to include it in every single message. It is recommended from a best practice stand point to include it once every 30 days at the end of your campaign messages, but again is optional.

That is exactly why businesses choose our product, it allows you to create completely unique and personalized experiences from within the SMS message to the hyper personalized landing pages.

At this time we do not have an option for custom domain cname, but this is being prioritized on our roadmap and will be here very soon. For now, you can add your branding to the sub domain part i.e. smerch.mbz.ly/03ckjd0

I hope this information is helpful!

Hi Sumoling88, we don't support two-way messaging yet, but it is on our roadmap and we hope to release this feature in an upcoming product update.
