Was good and then presumably, it died
I was using this to exchange sensitive financial info that needed to be secure. Well, I got a new phone and hadn't unregistered the old device from Mode (even tho I had logged out and wiped the old phone), and it made it so I couldn't sign back into my Mode acct. I reached out to customer service many many times and never heard back once. I think their company is dead.
a dead product that lasted all of a few months from my purchase deserves no stars.
