While the first impression of the Modular-DS is positive, I have found it to be quite disappointing.
To connect my site, which uses a security plugin and firewall, I had to disable them completely, which is unacceptable since security should be a priority.
Despite reaching out to support for help, I still cannot connect even a single site. I am using the Hide My WP Ghost plugin by Squirrly, and support informed me that it utilizes wp-load.php and does not hide it. I tried disabling all security measures but still haven't been able to make a connection.
Therefore, the service is entirely useless for me. It seems to work fine only with a fresh WordPress installation or without any security configurations.
Overall, I have wasted a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue and have gone through all possible solutions outlined in the help documents, but nothing has worked for me.

Sorry to hear this. We have a +95% connection success rate and connected +25,000 sites to the platform. I can assure most of them with many security features since our clients are WordPress professionals with very complicated sites, not fresh WordPress installations precisely.
I am sure we can figure this out thought support, like we were trying to do, and we would just need some security adjustments to allow Modular DS to work. In particular in this case (if I am right since the usernames don't match) we only need one configuration to change in the Hide My WP Ghost plugin.
We would never, ever, recommend or request to permanently deactivate any security plugins.
