As my alarm bells start ringing loudly when the topmost priority an auth provider got is not working + appearantly not monitored to fix within minutes I investigated a bit further (something I wish AppSump would be doing prior presenting anything here).

Context: I couldn't even signup (initial signup) since their confirmation mail(s) end up in SPAM. (there are no major issues as per e.g. mxtoolbox but all the minor issues are summing up leading to this result).

Thinking out loud (My first impression. No offense):
If so many little but well known and documented things related to ensure topmost delivery rates of mails are not setup correctly, does the maker really got a clue or do he/she focus on the right things?

Since Dell is listed as customer (unless its meant to be another of thse misleading logo rotations only saying that customers like these also use pw less auth but actually are no customers) I checked on DELLs third party and first party cookie list to see whether MoJo Auth is listed anywhere but couldnt find.

As much as I want to love this deal, the solution and the tech stack, at the moment I feel more like I do not want to rely on it.

The product has been great overall however support has been lacking so far as I have been working with them for over a week on the same question. I have yet to get a real answer, just emails saying they would forward my issues to someone that can help.. that person asked for screenshots and never got back to me. I am hoping someone reaches out sooner than later but so far I have not been able to get redirects to same page on login to work.. I can get custom redirects all day long, however same page redirects do not work. I wonder if this is because I use nginx not apache however I have no answers yet.

For quite some time, I had huge problems with spam registrations on my WordPress page. I am using Buddyboss, and I depend on users signing up. However, everyday several new spam accounts were created. It was a huge mess. I tried almost everything: Captchas, Plugins changing the login, etc. MojoAuth was the first solving the issue. More than that, it made my login and registration process pretty easy! Even setting up Facebook/Google Logins was pretty easy. I didn't have these possibilities before.

I'd say it works really well in 99% of the time. In rare cases, I am having trouble with registration emails (specific German addresses with strict regulations) not coming through. But I have the strong belief, that they continue to make the tool better and overcoming the issues (if there was no room for improvement they'd probably not be here on AS). Support is responsive and answered my question usually in less than 24 hrs.

Thank you for bringing this amazing product to Appsumo. It is honestly one of the best authentication solutions on the market. I can confirm it as both a serial entrepreneur and a developer. You get the return back almost instantly if you integrate it with your products.

What makes this amazing product even better is the world-class support and engineering team behind it. Do not miss this or you will regret it.

Have been using Mojoauth for the past few weeks.
Recently implemented this for my wordpress website, and I'm very happy with the ease of use features. It was incredibly simple to set up and the users have been able to quickly and securely access the site without having to worry about remembering passwords. Branding is simple to setup with our customizations (Logo, Company name, etc.). For now I have tried with Email OTP feature and need to experiment on other features too, momentarily.
Overall, in my view, Mojoauth is a potential product that helps businesses to provide a secure passwordless authentication system to their customers.
