Q: I think you need to white label this if it's to be really client friendly.
The cookie message comes up in Italian. And the Mokapen chat in bottom right should be optional and not display to all users. The public ticket pages should absolutely lose all mokapen branding and feel like a company's own portal. I think if you white labelled the ticketing then people would jump on it just for that and everything else becomes a huge value add. But for as long as my company is displaying another businesses brand at points of engagement - it becomes a no thank you from me.
A: Yes you are right too and for that I added them to our roadmap :). But to build a CRM you need time and resources and we are doing all the best we can with those we have so we need to prioritize starting from doing solid what is asked by most and then move to more professional ones. Currently we are liked agains the others as we have simple and modern UX, simple pages, modular areas (you can hide what not needed) and competitive prices by organization and not by user. HubSpot has the power, we have agility which is better for small businesses :)
Hi, thanks for your analysis. Mokapen, as other CRMs are built first of all to help teams with common, clear and useful features. The white label + customer portal + custom everything are features which are a plus, but not core for a cloud CRM where users look for a ready-to-use solution.
I have good news for you by the way: we have in plan to make also customer portal and allow users to white label the Mokapen organization they create. But to be honest, this is important, not urgent as teams need something ready, not something to be resold to others.
Step by step we are growing in features by priority and what you are looking for will arrive. Soon. thanks :)
I think you are right... you can build a crm like other crm's if you want. But why would anyone choose you over more established crms? The features that I mentioned and you have suggested as important but not urgent are in fact the type of features that will make you competitive in the crm marketplace (in my opinion).
Q: Hello
As you may have seen, I'm already using your CRM service.
I still won't be able to put it in production mode because some things are missing, but I hope they will be resolved soon.
1 - Custom fields for contact, without this I can't use it because of my particularities. Any idea when this will be available?
2 - I couldn't import my contacts. Always returns an error message. It would be nice to have an example file.
3- I didn't find the option to export data in a spreadsheet. this would also be welcome, is there a forecast?
4- more customization freedom for field names. this would help to environmentalize the product to my reality.
I'm still getting to know your product. everything seems a lot promising congratulations.
Happy to read your question here :). Let me reply to you.
1. We started today to develop it. In max 1 month (probably before!) they will be available for any entity: contacts, companies, tasks, projects, deals, tickets, etc...
2. We have published the new version to import contacts and companies from any kind of excel or csv. Currently version is free from template to give simplicity to the user. You could try again just uploading an excel file with heading row and no other blank rows/columns before? Let me test it again (other users already used it and they loved it) and I will let you know!
3. Export currently is done via contact our support. This we did to give 100% freedom to users to get data they want. By the way Export new automatic system will be released in September.
4. With the point 1 done, also system fields will be customizable as title. Consider that system fields cannot be removed or the entire system won't work properly. But this is most of CRMs standard :)
Thanks for your patience and curiosity on us. We are growing. Fast. Solid!
However, I am curious why you think you have only three reviews after two months on AS, and none at all in nearly two months since June 23rd. Review quantity is perhaps a vague indicator of actual sales, and I value reviews greatly when purchasing. With so few here (though all are positive) I am reluctant to commit to payment and time to learn to use it, without reviews to support my decision. I am sure that I am not alone? Why so few reviews here, do you think? Is M too complex, too high price, lack of billing and collection capability, lack of integrations, no IMAP or SMTP unles we buy Tier3? No Cname/white label? Roadmap implementation too slow? All of the above? None of the above? I'm not playing games or questioning your pricing or strategy. Fulvio seems intelligent and sophisticated and I am interested to get his response to my question. Many thanks.
A: Hi there! thanks for your question. I understand your point.
We had about 60 Tiers but a CRM is a complex portal for which users want to test before to leave a review. And testing a CRM, with many features, is not so fast so after 2 months they are still taking time.
If you need more reviews before to evaluate us as reliable, you can see our Capterra page (https://www.capterra.com/p/209827/Mokapen/) where we have 86 reviews and a 4.6 score :)
A: Ciao! A pipeline is like a group of deals. You can create unlimited deals into one pipeline. If you have more pipelines each of them can have unlimited deals too

Q: it is possible to have custom fields for contacts
Fulvio_Mokapen
May 15, 2024A: Hi!
There are already some fields with custom entries like type and role. But we have also in plan to add 100% custom fields for anything!

Q: Hi, What do you mean by pipeline do you mean to say 1 deal = 1 pipeline ?
Thanks

May 15, 2024A: Ciao!
A pipeline is like a group of deals. You can create unlimited deals into one pipeline. If you have more pipelines each of them can have unlimited deals too
