Since CRMs are essential for business but hard to find on AppSumo, I've been looking at Mokapen since it arrived.

Although the capabilities looked impressive, I was waiting for more reviews. I got impatient and bought. I chose Tier 3 because IMAP and SMTP are requirements. Unfortunately, my 5,000+ Google Contacts wouldn't sync. The team worked on this problem. I also made several small suggestions (e.g., add a field for a YouTube channel), which were implemented quickly.

The new integration with Shopify is an excellent sign, and the LTD ending is an incentive to act.

Overall, Mokapen is a well-designed CRM with many valuable features. The company started over two years ago (see the roadmap https://mokapen.com/en/product/roadmap) and has 1,200+ customers. That's comforting.
