MokaPen is an amazing tool. Have a feeling it's gonna revolutionize ⏩ the way I work. It merges sales and CRM functionality under one roof.

Also includes an integrated ticket 🎫 system. Customers can submit tickets either internally or completely externally as well.

Perhaps best of all MokaPen features the most beautiful yet intuitive UI I’ve ever seen on a productivity tool--new platforms or mature.

And this may not sound like a big deal - unless you've had to tinker with dozens of other tools for hours on end just to figure out 🤔 the most basic functions.

Not so with MP... the layout is simple enough you don't need a user's manual to figure it out. 🤗

That said, there are a few features that are missing - like email sequences, proposals, appointment booking, and custom fields.

However, I've seen where these items are on their roadmap 🗺 and though young, the company has a good track record when it comes to hitting their roadmap targets.

One last thing, support is super solid. The few times I did run into issues I opened the chat and got Fulvio within moments.

Am guessing, with the influx of users - we'll soon see others stepping in for the cheerful developer. 😆 And of course, that's to be expected.

But all in all, great tool, and happy to have it in my digital workbench🧰. 😁👍
