Q: Concerns about Monday Hero viability.
I asked a question earlier which was pointedly skipped by your team, when I asked how you compare to Locofy, in features, scope, plans given that that product is in a free beta. My concerns have deepened since I found out your Discord community has shown almost no activity since 2022 - the last post in your Figma channel was in 2022! And XD has no posts, Sketch had a few posts in 2021. I am concerned whether this product has any dev or support beyond Nazli. Please reassure us about viability and explain the lack of community/energy around this product for years.

- Community activity: We have primarily focused on one-on-one engagements with businesses through direct channels like email and chat. These interactions are not publicly visible, which might give the impression of inactivity.
- On the topic of the Figma channel, it's generally not necessary for our users to write on the Discord channel if there are no problems with Figma or if they have no specific questions about it. We also have a general channel that they can use, or they might prefer to reach out to us through chat, as it's very easy to contact support. Rest assured, our team is active and available online on Discord for support.

"Impression of inactivity" is a talking point that doesn't enlighten. Claiming "one-to-one" engagements...shouldn't mask progress. Like many high ratings on G2. There were pretty meager offerings there. How many paying subscribers do you have? Growth rates? Are you profitable? How much of a runway do you have? I don't want to drop $500 on your company for a potential future use and see it fold.

These conversations are not visible to the public, which may give the appearance of inactivity, but it ensures privacy and dedicated support for our users.
