Q: What's the difference between this sale and the one you have on your site?
For example, I'm trying the trial but it can't export the pdf with the templates online, if I buy this version can I do it? thank you

A: On Windows there was a bug with the pdf export. It should be fixed with version 1.11.2 which has been released this morning. It is intended to work in the trial version as well, so pls let me know if the problem consists in version 1.11.2.
There is no difference between the version sold on the website and the version sold here on AppSumo.
Q: Does Grammarly or Linguix work with MonsterWriter?
Also, are we able to convert to a Word document afterwards? I am used to working with Word and most of my clients want to edit their scientific texts using either Word or Google Sheets.

A: It is both on the roadmap but I cannot provide an estimated time of arrival. If I have to guess I would say within the next 6 months.
What do you think is more important? Word export or grammar check?
Q: If you have exceeded the number of installs allowed, is it possible to contact you for an install count reset?
Or do you have an option to deactivate current installs so as to activate new installs? I ask this because I tend to format my computer quite often due to kind of work I do, so having the activate/deactivate option would be very helpful for me.

A: get in touch via info@monsterwriter.app ... I will whitelist your email address in the campus license backend. After this you can request new license key via the dialog that prompts you for the key (in the new versions there is a tab for campus students).
Q: Hi, Is it possible to embed charts, as either images or code?

May 14, 2024A: Yes you can embed images and mermaid diagrams. But I guess for charts, images are the way to go.

Thanks. Exporting is probably more important, as I can use Linguix or Grammarly in my Word document. I have purchased. Now to start writing!
