Q: Can't change the registered website.

I registered one website to monitor. After that, I deleted it. When I tried to register a new website, I was asked to upgrade. Does this mean I can't change the registered website?

But the process and service monitoring is def on the wrong tier. I have few projects but only 3 server to manage. Therefore I may buy the tier 2 deal, but the absence of the network, process and service monitoring in the second tier is a dealbreaker. I won't spend 3x or 5x the price just to unlock those monitorings and there are already cheaper or even built-in alternatives that I can get with ram/memory/cpu monitoring. Keep that in mind or you won't get afloat...
Can I run the monitoring tasks under Windows 11 (Pro), or do I have to use a server version?
