I'm exactly looking for a service like yours so I'm your buyer persona rn.
But the process and service monitoring is def on the wrong tier.
I have few projects but only 3 server to manage. Therefore I may buy the tier 2 deal, but the absence of the network, process and service monitoring in the second tier is a dealbreaker. I won't spend 3x or 5x the price just to unlock those monitorings and there are already cheaper or even built-in alternatives that I can get with ram/memory/cpu monitoring. Keep that in mind or you won't get afloat...
