DEAD PRODUCT: So many promises made and delivered nothing.
I was glad to purchase the highest tier but than it all goes to disappointment.
They have also disabled the roadmap page on their website and also closed the discord server where people were asking for updates. To avoid general public to see all the issues and all the promises that were not fulfilled. I had purchased the highest tier because i saw potential in this as they provide all the promised updates. But not even a single web monitor were given after the deal ended.
Also you can see all the monitoring app will give you server monitors within the same package. and as they have already sold the web monitoring and they don't want to give this update to the LTD customers so they introduced it in a separate package. I have never seen any app that is providing server monitoring separately from the main package. Web and server monitoring are in one package everywhere.
P.S Now the basic SSL monitoring is not even working. I have to use other products to check SSL as they are not showing any invalid SSL while I had so many SSL expired.

This product is dead. There is no customer support, the product is full of bugs (just within 24 hours I have received 100+ notifications of "DNS changes" to my domains, which have not happened).

App support abandoned (updated)
Yet another app I've purchased on AppSumo where the creators appear to have abandoned it after making a quick buck. Their help documentation is almost nonexistent and they aren't replying to support tickets.
AppSumo team - are you or can you investigate this "creator" ?
Sept 2025 Update - I have submitted three messages via Monspark's support portal (support.monspark.com) over the past 5 months and have not received a single response. This app is abandoned.

Zero support, emails are ignored, notification delay, pricy
* Zero support. It is impossible to get any of your emails answered.
* There is even no support page to contact or submit a support request. Only a very tight contact form limits the number of characters on the frontend website.
* No in-app support in the backend.
* There is a massive delay of the emails received when an issue happens to your website. For example, I receive the website down alert from the free Jetpack instantly, then after 5 to 15 minutes I get the alert from NonSpark.
*The service name is “NonSpark” but I couldn’t see anything “Spark”!
* The email templates you receive in the event of whatever the incident is are messy and ugly. They don’t really deliver the job of communicating an issue in a minimal way.
* The prices are extremely expensive compared to the services provided, and another LTD deal in AppSumo does a much better job.
* There is a significant lag when updating the status page. You need to keep trying and refreshing the page.
* Considering the price, there are no basic features of subscribers like most of the services that do the job and even better.

The tool does what it is supposed to do, but the support is incredibly slow and even non-existent. For urgent matters, you're out of luck. A fast-responding customer support is crucial. You should receive a response within 24 hours, which is not the case with Monspark.
