No one there

Purchased tier3 and upon activation I got an email from MonSpark to confirm email. However, when clicked it says invalid token. reset password isn't working either.

Contacted support two times and it's been over a week with no answer whatsoever!!

Will be refunding in the next few days if it's not sorted.
