Support is incredibly slow and even non-existent.
The tool does what it is supposed to do, but the support is incredibly slow and even non-existent. For urgent matters, you're out of luck. A fast-responding customer support is crucial. You should receive a response within 24 hours, which is not the case with Monspark.
