Q: can I upload a photo of a person and have Storyteller turn it into a talking video that lip-syncs

Can I upload a photo of a person and have Storyteller turn it into a talking video that lip-syncs to text or audio I provide? Or does lip sync only work with your built-in avatars?
If it’s possible with a photo, could you share a sample video or example of how it looks?
